About me
Robert Westhoefer has spent his career in the trenches of K-12 education, first as a science teacher, then as a school administrator, and now as a district partnership leader with MasteryPrep. Ten years in classrooms and campus leadership, much of it serving students in rural and Title I communities, taught him what actually moves the needle for students, and what just adds to a teacher's plate.
Today, Robert works directly with educators and district leaders to connect practical solutions to the real challenges they face around instruction, assessment preparation, and college access and career readiness. He believes the best partnerships start with listening, and he's looking forward to swapping ideas with the educators and innovators driving change across North Carolina.
Outside of work, Robert is a proud father, an avid pickleball player, and always plotting his next adventure.
